These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through bypetaloo.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. PLACING AN ORDER

By adding items to your cart and completing checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.

2. PRICES

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

3. PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. Petaloo does not store your full payment details.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance. Your order is accepted once it has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

5. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@bypetaloo.com with your order number. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.

If cancellation is not possible, you may return the item under our Return & Refund Policy once it is delivered.

6. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item is out of stock after your order is confirmed, we will notify you by email and offer a full refund or an alternative product.

7. TAXES

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout, depending on your shipping address and local tax laws.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute regarding a purchase, please contact us first at support@bypetaloo.com. We are committed to resolving all issues quickly and fairly.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States.
