Refund policy

RETURNS

We want you to love your Petaloo kit. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as received

To start a return, email us at support@bypetaloo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 2 business days.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at hello@bypetaloo.com.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used kits
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during final sale promotions

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sipport@bypetaloo.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
