Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your first order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to assist and guide you through the next steps.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For non-defective returns, a 10% restocking fee may apply to cover handling, inspection, and processing.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We process orders quickly — once your kit has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it. In that case, our return policy applies once the order is delivered.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Parts
If there is any issue with your order upon arrival, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number.
✨ We provide free replacement parts for any damaged, defective, or missing pieces — no return needed. If you accidentally break a part during assembly, we’ll gladly send replacements to help you complete your build.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
